Collection: Type | Toffee Collection

Toffee is a traditional British confectionery

made by dissolving a sugar mixture in a pan and then heating up the mixture until it becomes syrup-based. Toffee is traditionally very chewy, but this has changed with modern toffees which often have little chew. Popular types of toffee include milk toffee, made from condensed milk; Toffee Crisp which was manufactured from 1922 by Mackintosh; and chocolate covered or coated toffees like Revels or Cadbury's Roses.
